Dr. Bojana will be out of the office starting June 24th-July 17th. 
Please plan accordingly to be seen for follow ups, lab reviews or medication refills.  

Bridget will be out of the office June 24th-June 29th. Your requests and messages will be responded to upon return.

For any emergent needs, please seek care at an ER or Urgent Care facility. 
Normal business hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, with phone hours Monday-Friday 9am-2pm eastern standard time.

To request an appointment, go to "My Appointments" tab, and scroll to the bottom to select the provider and duration to review availability and submit a request.

Appointment Billing: should any visit (as a new or established patient) be extended beyond the scheduled time, the provider will first ask you if you’re comfortable extending the visit. If extended, the billing will be adjusted accordingly. If you’re a part of a package, then this time will be deducted from your package visits. If you’re not in a package then an additional charge for the balance due will be processed for the visit total. If you have a preferred duration or “hard stop” for an appointment, please let our office know so we can be mindful of your request. If a hard stop is requested, this may limit the provider's ability to cover each point of care, or answer additional questions. Patients and providers can prioritize together how to use the time in the visit. If a visit is shorter than the scheduled duration, then you will have additional credit on your package or a credit on your account to be applied towards a future visit.

*** To provide you with the best care and attention, your provider may use an AI scribe that transcribes conversations and helps with notes. This tool is HIPAA Compliant and the data is only temporarily saved for editing and is then automatically deleted, and not stored. Your information will remain private and the provider can review the content for accuracy. You can tell the provider to stop using this transcription tool at any time. *** When clicking the link to connect for your virtual telehealth visit, you are agreeing/giving consent for the use of this AI tool. *** Please review and update your signature on the Telhealth Consent form, locate din the Forms & Questionnaires tab.
