Reminder for all patients: the spring update to package and appointment pricing goes into effect after April 25th, 2025. If you're currently in a package, no changes will be made for the remainder of the package. 
DrBojana.com will always have up to date pricing. 
The office will be closed on Monday, May 26th for the holiday.
To avoid delays with prescriptions and authorizations: please ensure your insurance and demographics information is entered in full on this portal, and that these details match with your insurance, and pharmacy records. 
Melissa Reade, IHA will be out of the office June 2nd-June 12th. 
To schedule a visit prior, please request a visit through the portal in the My Appointment tab, or message the team on the portal. Messages sent via the portal during the IHAs time away will be replied to by our team in her absense, or will be addressed within 72 business hours upon her return. 

To request an appointment, go to "My Appointments", and scroll to the bottom to select the provider, and review availability. 
For any emergent needs, please seek care at an ER or Urgent Care facility. 
Normal business hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, with phone hours Monday-Friday 9am-2pm eastern standard time.

Appointment Billing: should any visit (as a new or established patient) be extended beyond the scheduled time, the provider will first ask you if you’re comfortable extending the visit. If extended, the billing will be adjusted accordingly. If you’re a part of a package, then this time will be deducted from your package visits. If you’re not in a package then an additional charge for the balance due will be processed for the visit total. If you have a preferred duration or “hard stop” for an appointment, please let our office know so we can be mindful of your request. If a hard stop is requested, this may limit the provider's ability to cover each point of care, or answer additional questions. Patients and providers can prioritize together how to use the time in the visit. If a visit is shorter than the scheduled duration, then you will have additional credit on your package or a credit on your account to be applied towards a future visit.

*** To provide you with the best care and attention, your provider may use an AI scribe that transcribes conversations and helps with notes. This tool is HIPAA Compliant and the data is only temporarily saved for editing and is then automatically deleted, and not stored. Your information will remain private and the provider can review the content for accuracy. You can tell the provider to stop using this transcription tool at any time. *** When clicking the link to connect for your virtual telehealth visit, you are agreeing/giving consent for the use of this AI tool. *** Please review and update your signature on the Telhealth Consent form, locate din the Forms & Questionnaires tab.
